Simple & Fun: Peanut Butter & Jelly Banana Fingers

I will admit when it comes to peanut butter and banana, I’m obsessed.  Sometimes, I don’t want the bread in the way of my PB/Naner fix.  I love to get creative with my food presentations.  I like to call it “food art”.  Anyway, this isn’t much of a recipe, but more of a cute idea that kids (and adults) will love!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Jelly or Jam of Your Choice (I used Strawberry)
  • A few dashes of Cinnamon

Step 1: Slice a banana long ways and then again horizontally to make 4 pieces.

Step 2: Spread Peanut Butter on each piece and then repeat with Jelly.

Step 3: Top with cinnamon.

Now you have a no bread sandwich or snack that’s yummy and fairly healthy!
